Agrolab A/S germination chambers are used to determine, for example:

Seed storage stability
Germination capacity
Long-term effects of seed treatments on germination
Phytotoxicity of seed treatments
Germination tests following PPP application in crop safety trials
Non-target plant studies

We have two germination chambers with electronic control of environmental conditions and a capacity of 1000 samples per chamber.

We can carry out germination tests according to ISTA and EPPO guidelines. Non-target plant studies are GLP compliant and are conducted in accordance with OECD Guidelines numbers 208 and 227.

We can also offer non-GLP compliant studies to screen plant protection products for herbicidal activity.
